Hello,
Being a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD myself I understand the gravity of what it means to be slapped with a label and then needing to process it. My secret weapon to success over and over again has been me using my own coaches, accountability buddies and profiling tools to illicit the best strategy to suit our brain type.
